When should I expect my first delivery?

Your first delivery should arrive within 14 days of signing up here on our website. Though we do use an automated system for all of our operations, occasionally there are challenges with physical addresses and things which we do our best to address immediately. You'll receive email updates as your order is processed and your deliveries are scheduled.

Are your letters good for kids?

Our goal is to provide our audience with a romantic and scandalous escape from reality and that often means the material is too intense for small children. You may find the material best suited for a teenage audience and older, please use your own discretion.

How can I purchase this as a gift?

The Forbidden Letters makes a great gift! At checkout you'll be asked for the shipping details and you'll be able to designate your package as a gift. If your gift is required to be there on or by a specific date (for example, a birthday or anniversary), you'll be given the option to specify the date. We will then queue your package to be delivered to your recipient as close to the date as possible.

Is this available for international customers?

Yes! We are pleased to be able to ship worldwide. Shipping dates will vary but you can expect your first shipment to take 2-6 weeks for international destinations.

Can I just get all the letters at once?

The experience of the Forbidden Letters is basically like your favorite streaming shows where you get a new episode each week, but you have to wait! We believe the value of the experience is in the anticipation. So, at this time, we do not offer a way for you to get all the letters and the bonuses at once.

Can I change storylines if I do not like the story I purchased?

We do offer a satisfaction guarantee if for any reason you do not like the story that you purchased. If, after your first 2 deliveries you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will offer you a full refund. We do not allow you to switch stories at that time, but you are more than welcome to apply your refund towards the purchase of another storyline.
